Anna Silk
Anna Silk is a Canadian actress who was born on January 31, 1974. Her most well-known role is as Bo in the Showcase TV show Lost Girl. Silk was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk was the child of Peter who was an academic, and Peter Silk, a well-known actor as well as a producer, director, playwright, educator, and Director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is a bit of a child with earliest memories of watching television and going to rehearsals for plays. Silk produced a number of commercials when she was still a kid. In 1997, she graduated with an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas staged two plays in the early years: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk was able to move to Toronto to Los Angeles in the decade that followed 1999. Silk met her spouse, Seth Cooperman, at an acting workshop located in Los Angeles in 2007. They got married in December 2009 following a civil ceremony. On April 10 2011 they renew their vows during the Jewish celebration in Fredericton after she converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was born May 2013and had a son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Her second son Levi Aaron was born on the 13th of May in 2016. Silk's television work has included her part in Being Erica as Cassidy Holland and she received the Gemini Awards nod in 2009. The role was assigned to her as Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian TV series Lost Girl in 2009. Silk made it known to her fans that she was expecting a baby at the beginning of January 2013, during the Showcase Season Three Special. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the start of production on the fourth season and on June 20 2013 Silk tweeted that she was ready to return to the series. CNN's Cable News Network named her role as Bo as well as Lauren (Zoie Parker) on Lost Girl as same-sex couples as one of their most-loved television Couples. E! named them the Top Television Couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk is a huge online fan base on Facebook and Twitter, as a direct consequence of its success.
